Physical well being

This week in drama we have been talking about exercise and healthy eating and how our well being is. We played a few games today they were 7UP and Tequila . This was a very fun moving activity and it got us energized , we also looked at what laughing yoga , this was a very fun activity and it was also really funny to try and do because why u fake laughed you ended up laughing because everybody was making funny noises.

I will now answer so questions about my physical well being.

How does exercise effect your body?
Exercise effects the body in a good way by making you get up and do some physical activity like running , walking , bike riding , even just playing outside with your siblings .

What fitness do I currently do?
Walk from school and sometimes to school , walk to the mall , play netball , most of my physical activity is walking.

My goal for this week?
Go for a walk everyday and try to have a healthy breakfast everyday

How am I going with this goal?
So far I have gone for at least a half and hour walk everyday and with the healthy breakfast thing that's not going to well for the moment but it will be throughout this week.
