Staying mentally healthy
This past few weeks I have been working from home because as you know covid-19 is going around right now and this means working from home is essential at this time. I have been working on health and in health we are doing staying mentally healthy, the class had to individually choose 2-3 topics to write about/show their learning. I chose Phobia, Avoiding judgement, Change, loss, and grief. For the 3 topics I chose to share my learning via google slides and google drawing. I will now show you my learning :

ReplyDeleteYour work shows a really mature and empathetic viewpoint towards phobias and supporting someone with mental illness. As you know mental illness affects so many people in society today. I wonder what are some things you can do to support your own taha hinengaro, especially while we are in lockdown and life is quite different from usual.
