Well being class time

Ways we can work in groups : We can work in groups of 3, and work with 1 person we know and one person we don't usually work with, we can do this by choosing one friend you know well and then choose a year 7 or 8. We can respect and actually listen to what the person has to say, include their ideas and notice what they are saying. We can do more fun activities such as art, games and drawing as a class.

Ways we can support each other : Same as working together we can listen to what people have to say and if they don't understand help them, don't just sit there. Encouraging the person that may or does need help can boost their confidence and they may try harder. Letting them have a say in what yous are doing and support them by not being rude about their opinion.
