Food for thought
Today Rimu had there second session with food for thought I wasn't here for the 2 lessons but I have leaned somethings from my friends and teacher.Today we lernt how many sugars there were in drinks people drink every day.
E2 has 20 teaspoons
Tomorrow we are going to be going to the supermarket to read labbles and mesherment.
Here is some of the things we did and the labbles.
for breakfast cereals we have. wheet biskits.
Energy was 166kg
fat-total1.0g
Sugar 9.6g
Dietary fibre 3.2g
Sodium 159mg.
We had a lot more but it would take a long time so this is what we did after that part we went to the fruit and veggie iel and we writ and put the viggies and fruit in the right colers on the sheet.
